Historique :	L'orgue de Saint-Saturnin est à rapprocher des exemplaires de Saint-Ilpize (43), Vabres (15) et Mazeyrat-d'Allier (43), autres manifestations en Auvergne de la facture mirecurtienne de petits orgues à manivelles. L'instrument est installé dans un buffet-façade. Avec celui d'Ambleny en Picadie, l'orgue de saint-Saturnin est le seul orgue à manivelle d'église conservé de Louis Dumont-Parizot. Primitivement placé au centre de la tribune, l’orgue est déplacé vers le nord de la tribune pour faciliter l’introduction des cylindres de 14 cm de diamètre sur une longueur musicale de 77 cm et qui sont actuellement entreposés (sans leur boite) dans la galerie nord du triforium.
